Job summary

Jotun Powder Coatings U.A.E. Ltd. in Dubai is seeking an HSEQ Specialist to promote Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across operations. You will report to the HSEQ Manager and help maintain a safe, sustainable workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors.

The role emphasizes implementing policies, conducting inspections, investigations, and maintaining ISO documentation, with English as the primary communication language. NEBOSH/OSHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve HSEQ policies and management systems to ensure compliance.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; drive corrective actions.
• Support investigations of incidents and near-misses; ensure preventive measures.
• Maintain HSEQ and ISO documentation; keep records audit-ready.
• Deliver HSEQ inductions and training to staff, contractors, visitors.
• Collaborate with Operations to support Permit to Work and risk controls.
