Job summary

Samsung E&A in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead safety control on Engineering and Construction projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. You will drive policy, audits, and field safety programs to ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership of HSE Officers, coordination with subcontractors and clients, and strong documentation skills. ISO 45001 and NEBOSH certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as HSE Supervisor in construction safety.
• Project-based safety control experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• Proficient in HSE documentation and presentation; MS Office.
• NEBOSH Certification (IGC1-3) and ISO 45001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and administer HSE policies and procedures.
• Coordinate safety in designated area and supervise HSE Officers.
• Audit HSE systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractor safety and site workers.
• Prepare records, reports, and safety documentation.
• Participate in PSSR and SIMOPS meetings.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety bulletins.
• Develop site safety plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure implementation of ISO 14001/45001 frameworks.
