Leverage General Contracting L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified HSE Officer to uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across diverse construction sites. You will implement policies, perform risk assessments, and lead safety training to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires UAE construction experience, NEBOSH IGC, and ADOSH-SF Version 4.0 knowledge. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Bachelor's degree or a recognized 3-year diploma in a relevant discipline.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Awareness Training (IRCA-approved preferred).
• Registered with Quadrat (OSHAD) or successful completion of ADVETI training.
• Strong knowledge of ADOSH-SF Version 4.0.
• Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE legal requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ADOSH-SF Version 4.0 requirements and client-specific HSE standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses while recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, and statutory records.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response procedures.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, monitoring, and employee engagement.
