Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental standards across its operations. You will handle permit-to-work reviews, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and contractor monitoring while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of operational experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operational work experience.
• Previous HSE experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve permit-to-work documentation.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
• Review risk assessments and recommend control measures.
• Coordinate HSE training and maintain training records.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective action implementation.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Support emergency preparedness exercises and drills.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HSE function.
