Job summary

Miral Experiences, Abu Dhabi's leading operator of world-class attractions, seeks an experienced HSE Officer to implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across our sites. You will manage permit-to-work reviews, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training coordination, promoting a strong safety culture among stakeholders.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC and a Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least five years of operational HSE experience and

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operational work experience.
• Previous HSE experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.

In this role, you will assist with permit-to-work reviews, inspections and audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, contractor monitoring, training coordination, and safety awareness initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve permit-to-work documentation.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
• Review risk assessments and recommend control measures.
• Coordinate HSE training and maintain training records.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective action implementation.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Support emergency preparedness exercises and drills.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HSE function.

Qualifications & Experience

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operational work experience.
• Previous HSE experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
