Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting an HSE Officer - Manufacturing for the Abu Dhabi area. The role focuses on risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations and maintaining HSE documentation across factory and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Safety Engineering or related field, 2+ years in manufacturing HSE, and preferably NEBOSH IGC, with strong knowledge of UAE regulations and a practical approach to corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• NEBOSH IGC preferred
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace risk assessments, identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures across factory and warehouse operations.
• Perform regular safety inspections, monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, and ensure safe working practices around machinery, equipment and production areas.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near misses, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions and deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
• Maintain accurate HSE reports, incident records, risk registers, inspection checklists and audit documentation, supporting internal and external HSE audit.

• NEBOSH IGC preferred, with knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation, occupational safety, and UAE HSE regulations.


• Experience in workplace inspections, toolbox talks, HSE documentation, and corrective action coordination with production and maintenance teams.
