Job summary

Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company limited is looking for HSE Officers to join our team in the newly awarded project operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an HSE Officer, you will assist in implementing HSE aspects and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH certificate, 5-10 years of Oil & Gas experience, and the ability to conduct safety training. This is a dynamic role that requires good reporting skills and command of English.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas field.
• Experience onshore or offshore is mandatory.
• ADNOC approval is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager in daily operations.
• Implement HSE aspects throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in their daily operations.
• Apply and implement the Company’s IMS HSE aspects throughout the duration of the project.
• Ensure that all activities within the area of responsibility, whether executed by Company personnel or subcontractor personnel, are carried out with full regard to HSE Company policy and procedures.
• Advise all personnel of any HSE hazards by delivering induction courses and toolbox talks, and ensure that the necessary controls and contingency arrangements are in place.
• Actively investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and near‑misses.
• Take prompt corrective action and inform the HSE Manager of potential HSE hazards.
• Maintain and participate in the schedule of meetings, emergency exercises, inspections, and audits programmed for the project.
• Respond promptly to all reports of non‑compliance, unsafe conditions and activities, accidents, and near‑misses.
• Participate in the follow‑up and close‑out of corrective actions arising from operational activities, meetings, accidents, incidents, near‑misses, emergency exercises, inspections, or audits within the area of responsibility.
• Provide guidance and support to the assistant HSE Officer.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas field.
• Experience onshore or offshore (mandatory).
• Knowledge of HSE standards.
