Job summary

Archirodon is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on implementing health, safety and environmental programs in line with ADNOC standards.

The ideal candidate will lead HSE professionals, maintain the HSE management system, perform audits, develop plans, and analyze incidents using root cause methods, ensuring clear English communication. A minimum 15 years of HSE experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries is required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or HSE.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group). Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience with at least 3 years as Lead HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries, construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects/operations.

Responsibilities

• Have strong understanding of HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in Oil & Gas EPC business.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE Officers, HSE Officers, etc.
• Understand HSE Management System and HSE regulatory requirements.
• Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
• Develop HSE plans and Emergency response procedures/plans.
• Analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
• Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
• Speak, read and write English with good communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.

• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
