Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety, environmental, and fire practices across its additive manufacturing operations.

You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, conduct inspections and risk assessments, manage industrial hazards, and promote a strong safety culture through trainings and drills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering required.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification mandatory.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and hazardous-material handling.
• Additive manufacturing or oil and gas experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
• Monitor chemical, powder, equipment, and waste-handling safety.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.

• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Monitor PPE use and contractor safety compliance.
