Wood is seeking an experienced PMC HSE Manager (Gas Cap) for ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi to lead the implementation of HSE philosophy, ensure compliance with standards, and drive Zero LTI targets. This role interfaces with regulators and stakeholders to maintain high HSE performance on large energy projects.

You will manage HSE systems, RAMS, and governance across PMC, EPC, and subcontractors, promoting safety culture and adherence to ADNOC Offshore policies.

Formación

• B.S. in Engineering with 20+ years in oil & gas, at least 8 years in project activities
• Minimum 10 years HSE experience and at least 7 years in supervisory/managerial roles
• Experience in Process Safety, Construction Safety, brownfield modifications, offshore operations

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the project HSE Program and support project management
• Drive HSE excellence through senior project management visibility
• Engage project leadership in development, review, and endorsement of HSE systems and procedures
• Guide, train and motivate project team on ADNOC Offshore HSE policies and local regulations
• Establish regular Safety Steering Team meetings with major contracting partners
• Maintain relationships with ADNOC Offshore Corporate HSE and shareholder counterparts
• Implement HSE best practices from ADNOC Offshore and industry standards
• Recommend HSE staff resources needed to achieve objectives
• Develop and implement RAMS tailored to project needs
• Ensure HSE requirements are included in tender packages and participate in evaluations
• Review HSE plans from contracts and endorse as appropriate
• Ensure project HSE kick-off meetings with major contractors prior to site mobilization
