Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC HSE Manager (Gas Cap) to lead the implementation of the project’s HSE philosophy, objectives, and management system in Abu Dhabi for ADNOC Offshore. The role requires promoting a strong safety culture across PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors to achieve Zero Lost Time Incidents and Zero Harm targets.

You will ensure compliance with Wood HSE standards and local regulations, monitor environmental permits, interface with regulatory authorities, and

• Promote a rigorous safety culture across all project layers including PMC, EPC contractors, and vendors.
• Drive achievement of Zero LTI and Zero Harm targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
