Job summary

ENOC is seeking an HSE Inspector for EPCL to perform day‑to‑day field duties within EPCL’s EHS framework. The role ensures conformity with international best practices and local regulations while delivering safety programs to prevent unsafe conditions.

The incumbent will manage a defined refinery area on a rotating four‑month basis, participate in hazard identification meetings, and promote positive EHS behaviours through daily inspections and timely remedial actions.

Qualifications

• An Engineering Graduate – preferred (engineering degree).
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Should have EHS auditing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in the Processing Industry.
• Good communication & report writing skills; should be team orientated.

Responsibilities

• Implements proactive EHS Field Plan to protect health & safety of field personnel and EPCL assets.
• Conducts daily EHS inspections and takes immediate remedial action when needed; reports to the lead.
• Participates in Incident Investigations as required by Fire & Safety Engineer/ EHS Manager.
• Responds to refinery emergencies as part of the EPCL Incident Command System.
• Analyses and reports progress for the assigned area.
