Job summary

KEO International Consultants is hiring an HSE Inspector for Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate should bring 8–10 years of HSE experience and a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, plus NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.

Additionally, an OSHAD Practitioner Course and ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification are required to support project HSE management and contractor oversight. The role emphasizes implementing HSE plans, client procedures, and conducting regular inspections and audits.

Qualifications

8–10 years HSE experience with a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent is required.
OSHAD Practitioner Course and ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification are also required.

Responsibilities

Implement the requirements of the KEO HSE management plan.
Implement client HSE procedures and reporting requirements.
Review contractor HSE documents (HSE Plan, JSA, method statements, risk assessments, PTW).
Carry out daily HSE inspections, weekly assessments and monthly audits.
Track closure of prohibition and improvement notices issued to the Contractor.
Oversee incident investigations and monitor corrective actions.
Attend and contribute to project H&S meetings and safety walks.
