Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs, procedures, and management systems.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with applicable HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

Rail and Tunneling Safety Experience

• Minimum 7 years of HSE experience on major infrastructure construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in tunneling works using TBM, NATM, cut-and-cover, or similar construction methods.
• Previous experience in high-speed rail, railway, metro, or other rail infrastructure projects is essential.
• Experience with viaduct or elevated structure construction is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, construction risk assessment and permit-to-work systems.
• Proficiency in incident investigation and hazard identification techniques.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor 's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate.
• IOSH Managing Safely or IOSH Working Safely certification.
• OSHA Safety Certification.
• First Aid certification is preferred.
• Fire Warden certification is preferred.

HSE Project Scope
