Job summary

QHSSE Platform in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an HSE Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on supporting inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations to reinforce safety performance.

You will monitor compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements, prepare records and reports, deliver toolbox talks and assist with training, while collaborating with operations and clients to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying HSE standards and procedures.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Proven ability to investigate incidents and identify corrective actions.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks and coordinating training.

Mandatory requirements

• Current residence inside the United Arab Emirates.
• A valid UAE residence permit.
• 2–5 years of professional HSE experience.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English in a professional work setting.

Preferred background

• Experience in services, technology, electrical or multinational environments.
• Professional experience that is not exclusively within construction.
