Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist - Arabic Speaker to join a well-established Private Office in Dubai.
The role will provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, documentation, and general people-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and employees, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to support ongoing HR requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and other employee-related information.
- Support visa, work permit, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and other employment-related processes in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Support employee relations matters, queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally and confidentially.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearance requirements.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance management activities, and other HR processes.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation are aligned with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee data and provide management updates as required.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Provide Arabic-English communication and translation support when required.
- Support additional HR and administrative requirements based on business needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Previous experience within a Private Office, Family Office, corporate office, hospitality, or similar high-touch environment would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and maturity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
