Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an HR Policies Associate in Abu Dhabi to help develop, review, and maintain HR policies aligned with labor regulations and company objectives. You will support policy communication, training, and employee awareness initiatives across the organization.

With 1–2 years in HR policies or governance, you will conduct benchmarking, assist interpretation of policies, and maintain governance documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR policies, governance, or employee relations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in HR, business, or related field.
• Familiarity with labor regulations and regulatory compliance.
