Job summary

Astra Tech in Dubai is seeking a curious, driven Graduate to join our HR team. You’ll start in HR Operations, learning onboarding, data management, HR systems and day‑to‑day support while identifying smarter ways to work.

Through rotations across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Experience, you’ll develop hands‑on experience, own real projects, and be encouraged to challenge processes with new ideas and automation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience in HR or related field.
• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field is helpful, but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn and own HR Operations tasks across onboarding and employee data.
• Support HR documentation, coordinate with IT, Finance and other teams.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems and respond to queries.
• Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and explore automation opportunities.
• Participate in rotations across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Experience.
