Astra Tech in Dubai is seeking a curious Graduate to join our HR team. You’ll learn HR Operations across onboarding, data management, and HR systems, while identifying smarter workflows and opportunities for automation.

Through structured rotations you’ll explore Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and more, discovering where your strengths lie. You’ll work quickly, take ownership, and contribute to real projects with coaching from HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, data and digital tools.
• Interest in HR technology, automation and AI.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Any internship, placement or project experience within HR is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn & Own HR Operations.
• Support onboarding and pre-onboarding activities for new joiners.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and other business functions.
• Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems.
• Support employee lifecycle changes and HR administration.
• Respond to employee queries and ensure issues are resolved.
