Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our catering operations. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention across diverse catering staff, and manage employee relations for a 3000+ workforce in a high-pressure service environment.

The role also includes administering payroll, benefits, and compensation structures tailored to catering roles, ensuring consistency and compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 12-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in catering services.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
