Job Description

  • Design and execute effective training and development programs that enhance employee skills and align with organizational needs.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing issues and grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of policies and programs, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and maintaining ethical standards within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
