Job summary

Omanyp is seeking an HR Manager to lead people initiatives in a Dubai-based industrial/manufacturing environment. The role focuses on creating robust HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and driving employee engagement.

You will ensure UAE labour law compliance, manage performance appraisal processes, and maintain competitive pay and benefits. The position requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and the ability to foster an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR within industrial/manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
