Job summary

A leading training organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to assess training needs and design effective programs. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in HR or L&D within the FMCG sector. Responsibilities include managing the full L&D cycle, partnering with department heads, and promoting continuous learning initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of learning methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience working in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
  • L&D certifications are a plus.

Job description

  • Assess training and development needs across departments

  • Design and deliver effective training programs (onboarding technical soft skills leadership etc.)

  • Manage the full L&D cycle from needs analysis to evaluation

  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions

  • Monitor and track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools

  • Organize workshops e-learning seminars and external training sessions

  • Maintain and update training records calendars and budgets

  • Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives

  • Stay up to date with L&D trends best practices and tools

  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (L&D certifications a plus)

  • 3 6 years experience in HR or L&D preferably in the FMCG sector

  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies training tools and e-learning platforms

  • Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess training ROI

  • Experience working in a multicultural fast-paced environment
