Job summary

A leading law firm in the Middle East is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Dubai office. The role involves managing recruitment activities, assisting in various HR initiatives, and supporting the delivery of HR projects. Candidates should have a degree and 2-3 years of experience in HR, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist or Recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience in an HR operating and/or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law/best HR practices.

Job description
Objective

An opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join the team in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office, reporting directly to the Lead HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities
  • Drive recruiting activities to ensure a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Assists in recruitment activities across the Firm (posting positions, interviewing candidates, coordinating with internal clients in setting up interviews and obtaining timely feedback etc.)
  • Assists in various HR initiatives: Wellness programs, Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony etc.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of effective HR Processes for internal clients across the Firm
  • Supports creation and delivery of HR projects/events
  • Builds strong business relationships with internal clients and recognizes and supports their deliverables
  • Responds to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Conducts new employee induction
  • Assists with performance appraisal review and collection
University Qualifications
  • Minimum degree qualified and or membership of HR professional body
Previous Experience
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist or Recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in an HR operating and or consulting environment
