Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role is ideal for a candidate who has hands-on HR experience in the UAE and is eager to contribute to building a professional HR setup while supporting the growth of a fast-growing multinational startup in the asset management and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies.
Liaise with the PRO for visa processing and other government requirements.
Employee Engagement & Communication
Support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and coordinating performance review processes.
Payroll & Leave Management
Handle leave management, employee attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR documents.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (Dubai experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be on a spouse visa.
