We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on HR Executive to build, manage and continuously improve our people operations.
This is a generalist role. You will own the full HR lifecycle from hire to retire as well as broader office administration and be the primary HR and admin contact for all employees and managers.
You will work directly with senior leadership to shape a great place to work.
This role is ideal for someone who has cut their teeth in an SME or startup environment and is comfortable operating without a large HR team structure behind them.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate pre‑joining formalities including reference checks and document collection. Execute structured onboarding and Week1 induction for all new joiners.
- HR Operations – UAE Compliance: Process UAE employment visas, work permits, Emirates ID and related government documentation. Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, Federal Decree‑Law No33 of 2021 and WPS requirements. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HRMS data. Manage leave tracking, attendance records and timesheets. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance team.
- Employee Relations – Culture: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns and grievances. Handle disciplinary matters and performance improvement conversations with fairness and discretion. Promote a positive, inclusive and high‑performance workplace culture. Plan and coordinate employee engagement touchpoints: recognition, team events and wellbeing initiatives.
- Performance Management – Coordinate the annual and mid‑year performance appraisal cycle. Support line managers in KRA/KPI setting and feedback conversations. Track and follow up on probation reviews and confirmation letters.
- Policy Process & HR Infrastructure – Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and the Employee Handbook. Identify process gaps and proactively design solutions in this build‑as‑you‑go environment. Liaise with PRO and government relations for all visa and immigration matters.
- HR Reporting & Analytics – Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, leave liability and open positions. Maintain the manpower planner and flag resourcing risks to leadership.
- Administration – Manage the general upkeep of the office. Coordinate ordering of office supplies, pantry provisions and warehouse requirements, liaising across departments to manage stock levels effectively. Oversee office maintenance activities, including equipment servicing, AMCs and upkeep of office plants. Organize office activities, team events and engagement initiatives. Manage petty cash fund, maintain accurate records of disbursements, obtain supporting receipts and replenish float in a timely manner. Coordinate company car traffic fines, insurance renewals and manage all related correspondence. Maintain a comprehensive tracker for company documents. Maintain and regularly update the asset register for all employees, ensuring accurate allocation records. Monitor employee visa renewal timelines proactively, obtain and compare quotations and coordinate with the PRO for timely processing. Maintain accurate inventory logs for all office and operational purchases.
