Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai invite you to join our Housekeeping team as a Supervisory leader. The role focuses on supervising daily operations and guiding Room Attendants to uphold cleanliness and service standards across floors and public areas.

You will delegate tasks, monitor room status, handle guest requests with care, and ensure compliance with Leading Quality Assurance standards, while supporting a collaborative, guest‑centric environment across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in hotel industry is preferred.
• Excellence in strategic leadership and team management.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and delegate daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants and provide necessary resources (keys, supplies).
• Handle guest requests and complaints with care and follow up to enhance satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and QA standards compliance.
• Monitor room status (VIP/DND) and coordinate with Front Office to release rooms.
• Report damaged items and lost/found items to Engineering; follow procedures.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory to meet operational demands.
• Evaluate Attendant performance and provide feedback to management.
• Train Room Attendants on Standards of Performance and QA standards.
