Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping team members to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine room and area inspections and review service areas, storage, and corridors.
• Coordinate maintenance needs and promptly follow up on facility issues.
• Oversee periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory and equipment for housekeeping operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including VIP and special requests.
