Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within housekeeping operations in high‑standard hotels.
• Experience leading large housekeeping teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Advanced knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery and surface maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving for cleaning and maintenance challenges.
• Track record of improving quality standards and team performance.
• Exceptional coaching and people development capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills balancing operations and admin.
• Hands-on leadership with focus on developing people.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce hotel and brand housekeeping standards across facilities.
• Lead daily housekeeping operations with supervision and coaching.
• Serve as SME for cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment and surfaces.
• Identify and resolve complex cleaning and sanitation challenges.
• Conduct quality inspections and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor, train and retain housekeeping team members.
• Foster engagement and a respectful, motivated work environment.
• Manage scheduling, inventories, training records and reporting.
• Optimize labor and supplies while maintaining service excellence.
