Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Runner to support the housekeeping team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our luxury hotel.

Responsibilities include delivering amenities, linen, and supplies, ensuring timely guest service, and assisting with trolley preparation and storage areas, all while upholding safety and hygiene policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to support daily operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain excellent service standards.
• Assist with preparation and replenishment of housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
• Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping-related items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Provide professional and friendly support to guests and team members.
