Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment preferred.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with preparing and replenishing housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
• Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping items as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Provide professional and friendly support to guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Housekeeping Attendants and the team by delivering guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
