Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Runner to support the housekeeping department in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our luxury property in Dubai.

Ideal candidates will have hotel housekeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role is onsite and offers opportunities to contribute to a premium guest experience at Anantara Downtown Dubai.

Qualifications

• Clear and polite communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail in housekeeping operations.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping Attendants by delivering amenities, linen, and supplies to assigned areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain service standards.
• Help prepare and replenish housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
• Transport linen, guest laundry, and related items as required.
• Keep storage areas and corridors clean and organized.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Provide professional and friendly support to guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Housekeeping Attendants and the team by delivering guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain excellent service standards.
• Assist with the preparation and replenishment of housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
• Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping-related items as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
