Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant – Public Area to ensure every corner of the hotel feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for good times. You will maintain lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and public spaces, upholding Mama’s high standards with your own positive energy.

As a team player, you will support housekeeping and other departments to deliver an unforgettable guest experience, reporting issues promptly and staying aligned with brand values and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas sparkling: lobbies, corridors, elevators, restaurants and guest spaces.
• Maintain back-of-house areas clean, organized and up to Mama standards.
• Ensure public washrooms are spotless, hygienic, and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Spot and report spills, stains, or hazards promptly to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and amenities so everything is ready when needed.
• Notify Supervisor of maintenance issues or safety hazards for quick action.
• Own your housekeeping trolley, pantry, and storage areas, keeping them tidy.
• Use cleaning products responsibly, minimizing waste while upholding standards.
• Support the gang and other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Bring the Mama Spirit: positive, helpful, and guest-focused.

As our Housekeeping Attendant – Public Area, you’ll be one of the people behind the scenes making sure every corner of Mama feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for good times. From the lobby to the corridors, restaurants to public washrooms, you’ll keep Mama looking fabulous while bringing your own good vibes to the Gang!

THE MISSION?

• Keep Mama Sparkling: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restaurants, staircases, and guest-accessible spaces.
• Make Every Corner Count: Keep back-of-house areas, staff corridors, offices, and service areas clean, organized, and up to Mama standards.
• Public Washroom Pro: Make sure our public washrooms are spotless, hygienic, well-stocked, and looking their best throughout the day.
• Be the Cleanliness Detective: Keep an eye out for spills, stains, litter, or anything that needs attention and jump into action before anyone has to ask.
• Keep It Stocked: Replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities so everything is always ready when needed.
• Spot It? Report It: Notice a maintenance issue, damage, or safety hazard? Let your Supervisor know quickly so we can get it sorted.
• Own Your Trolley: Keep your housekeeping trolley, pantry, and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Clean Smart: Use cleaning products and equipment responsibly, minimizing waste while keeping our standards high.
• Support Your Gang: Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly and looking its best.
• Bring the MAMA Spirit: Be positive, helpful, collaborative, and guest-focused—because good vibes are part of the job!
