Job summary

Buffalo Wings & Rings Dubai is hiring a full-time Housekeeper / Steward to maintain cleanliness across dining, kitchen, storage and restrooms in our Dubai location.

You will support the kitchen and service teams, manage waste safely, keep workstations tidy, and ensure supplies and cleaning materials are stocked, while upholding health and sanitation standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and safety guidelines.
• Good physical condition for long hours and lifting heavy items.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across dining, kitchen, storage, and restrooms.
• Wash dishes and kitchen utensils; keep areas stocked and organized.

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper / Steward role based at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai.
• The Housekeeper / Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across dining, kitchen, storage, and restroom areas, following company and local health standards.
• Daily tasks include cleaning tables and floors, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and ensuring supplies and cleaning materials are properly stocked and organized.
• The role also involves supporting the kitchen and service teams by keeping workstations tidy, disposing of waste safely, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• The Housekeeper / Steward is expected to interact respectfully with team members and guests when needed, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
