Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a Security Supervisor to safeguard guests, staff, and assets across our premium hotels. You will lead security operations, coordinate patrols, and manage incidents with professionalism in line with Wyndham standards.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in security, a valid UAE SIRA Security Supervisor license, and strong supervisory and training abilities to ensure top-tier safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in security field.
• Holding valid UAE SIRA Security Supervisor license.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
• Strong management and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect hotel guests, employees, their belongings and assets as directed by CSO.
• Coordinate security operations in line with hotel standards.
• Perform patrols and report irregularities during shifts.
• Conduct emergency drills and daily hazard/safety inspections.
• Maintain records including Security Log, Incident Reports, and Key Control.
• Handle investigations and unbiased incident reporting for thefts, accidents, or damage.
