Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to ensure the safety of guests, staff and hotel property. The role requires professionalism, strong customer service and the ability to react quickly to incidents.

You will patrol all areas, monitor CCTV and access control, respond to alarms, and maintain detailed incident reports. A high school diploma and security training are preferred, with opportunities for training and career development within the Rixos Hotels group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in security is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations: Patrol all areas of the hotel including guest floors, public areas, back-of-house areas and perimeter.
• Guest and Staff Safety: Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees at all times; provide assistance in emergencies.
• Access Control: Control access to hotel premises; monitor keys, access cards and security equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests addressing security concerns or inquiries.
• Compliance and Reporting: Maintain records of security activities and incidents; report breaches to the Security Manager.
• Training and Development: Participate in training programs and drills; assist in training new security staff.
