Executive Connect Qatar seeks a seasoned Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue in Sharjah, UAE. You will identify new business, build client relationships, and negotiate contracts with hotels and partners to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Reporting to the sales lead, you will collaborate with marketing and operations to craft compelling promotions and packages, monitor performance, and stay ahead of market trends in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and cold calling.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Create proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop promotional campaigns and packages.
