Job summary

Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai seeks a Marketing Executive to lead public relations and strategic communications for the hotel. You will support the Marketing team with content development, brand compliance and coordination of core marketing activities.

The role focuses on building strong media relationships, crafting press releases and coordinating media events while contributing to digital campaigns and guest insights analysis. Visa eligibility is required for this Dubai posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel industry or hospitality marketing.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, colleagues and guests.
• Proficient in computer software and digital tools.
• Creative with experience in digital and PR campaigns that engage audiences.
• Strong understanding of website performance metrics and marketing analytics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen hotel reputation and media visibility.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, media partners and stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media kits and official communications.
• Coordinate media visits, interviews and FAM trips; prepare media kits.
• Create storytelling content for newsletters, blogs and PR features.
• Ensure brand-compliant marketing materials and digital content.
• Support social media posting and influencer collaborations aligned with PR goals.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
