Job summary

Hyde Hotels is seeking a qualified Plumber/Maintenance Technician to join our hotel operations in Dubai. The role covers plumbing installation, inspection, preventive maintenance and quick response to water-related issues, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a hotel or large facility, with mechanical certification and strong English communication. You will work across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house areas.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of practical experience as a Plumber or Maintenance Technician in hotels or large facilities.
• Certification in mechanical trades or equivalent.
• Strong guest-service attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to read and write basic technical/maintenance English.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Health & Safety, water leaks, flooding, blocked drainage and other urgent engineering issues.
• Carries out plumbing installation, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintains water supply systems, drainage and sanitary fittings.
• Assists in maintenance tasks across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house areas.
