Job summary

Le Méridien Dubai is seeking a non-management Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on building systems, and assist with painting and surface preparation throughout the property. You will operate tools and equipment, observe safety procedures, and communicate daily activities to other shifts.

A high school diploma or GED is required; some hotel maintenance experience is preferred, and a valid Driver’s License is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in general maintenance or painting is preferred.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
• Supervisory experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Paint and perform surface preparation and minor repairs.
• Follow safety policies and store materials properly.
• Communicate daily activities to shifts using approved procedures.
