Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking a skilled Mason to maintain and enhance the hotel’s facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and a memorable guest experience. You’ll work across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry to keep the property in top condition.

You will respond quickly to guest and team member requests, perform preventive maintenance, and document all inspections and repairs. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and building systems.
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance procedures.
• Ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address issues.
• Document maintenance activities and report any problems.
