Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai seeks an experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently. You will read blueprints, inspect equipment, and regulate energy use while maintaining clear communication with shifts.

The role requires a technical HVAC/refrigeration background, at least 2 years of hotel engineering experience, and a readiness to train others.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Two-year technical diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect and operate building systems; read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate parts and supplies.
• Follow safety policies and use Lockout/Tagout procedures.
