Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineer Preventative Maintenance to uphold the safety and functionality of the Embassy Suites Santa Clara-Silicon property. You will implement the preventative maintenance program across guest rooms, public spaces and heart-of-the-house areas to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

You will respond to guest calls and team member work orders, perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry tasks, and maintain records of repairs

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably with HVAC background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the preventative maintenance program of all rooms within the hotel.
• Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the facility including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas.
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders promptly to repair non-functioning equipment.
• Perform repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
• Record and report completed repairs and items requiring further attention.
