Job summary

You'll conduct preventive inspections, document activities, and collaborate with team members to uphold Hilton's hospitality standard. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or masonry is a plus; a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to respond quickly to guest and team requests.
• Competence across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or masonry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and guest calls; promptly address work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address needs.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues requiring further attention.
