Qualifications

• General maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience with exterior/interior surface prep and painting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
