Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, boilers and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and logs.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs (PPMs).
• Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors on-site.

Responsibilities

• Attend to equipment failures and emergencies and carry out repairs.
• Coordinate energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Monitor utility readings and ensure efficient power management.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance work to the required standard.
