Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run room status reports, verify status, prioritize room cleaning and update room assignments.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance problems or safety hazards.
