Job summary

Aloft Hotels Dubai is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping & Laundry team member to ensure cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will assist in coordinating daily activities, liaise with other departments, and help maintain Marriott standards of service.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, updating statuses, and supporting management in hiring, training, and safety compliance. The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and staffing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments; update status of rooms.
