Job summary

JobLeader in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations of the housekeeping department in our hotel. The role oversees rooms, public areas, staff, and supplies to meet our high standards.

The successful candidate will have proven managerial experience in hotel housekeeping, strong organizational and communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Salary offered is 1000 AED per month; foreign applicants accepted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar role.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations in the hotel, including rooms, public areas, employees, and supplies.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards according to hotel standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate activities accordingly.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning products, linens, uniforms, etc.
• Ensure strict compliance with health regulations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
