Job summary

Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the team at our hotel in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, and a great eye for detail.

This position is responsible for managing and leading our housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas meet our highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for training new team members, monitoring and ordering supplies, and developing procedures to improve efficiency in the department. All of this must be done while providing our guests with exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry as well as an appropriate qualification in housekeeping or hospitality management. Fluency in English is necessary and knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. We are ready to consider an immigrant if the candidate meets all other criteria.
